Shipping:
Please allow 14 days for shipping. Most items are shipped within 7 days of your order; however delivery time can vary depending on the destination. Shipping are made with XpressPost and price vary according to destination. For international orders, any duties or customs and brokerage fees that may apply are the responsibility of the customer. Any International Order - payment must be made by International Money Order or Bank Draft. For International orders (outside of North America) you must contact us for shipping rates.
Returns:
You may return items for a full refund within 15 days of receiving your order. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless we have made an error. If we have made an error in any order there will be no charges for return shipping and handling. All returned items must be in their original condition or they will not be accepted for a refund.
Cancellations:
Notify us as soon as possible and we can cancel your order before it is shipped out. If the item has already been shipped, you will be responsible for the return shipping and handling.
